meet katy CONICELLA 

Founder and principal designer of Booker & Belle Designs, a Charleston based interior design studio, Katy is known for creating refined, thoughtfully composed homes that feel layered, lived in, and deeply personal. 

Raised in a family immersed in home renovation and design, she developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship, proportion, and the art of creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Her design philosophy balances sophistication with ease, blending elevated design with livability through a considered mix of high end furnishings and approachable elements. Each interior is curated with intention, resulting in spaces that feel collected over time, quietly luxurious, and enduring in character. Inspired by natural textures, organic palettes, and the understated elegance of Lowcountry living, her work reflects a sense of warmth, restraint, and timelessness. 

Outside of the studio, Katy finds inspiration in life’s quieter rhythms, early mornings, time spent outdoors especially on the water kayak fishing, Pure Barre classes with friends, and creating jewelry by hand.
